The project was carried out for the horizontal and vertical connection of chipboard and MDF boards with a weight of 3 tons and wrapping them with stretch film.
The system consists of horizontal and vertical lasso throwing, chocking, upper nylon laying, automatic corner protection cardboard placement, stretch wrapping units and carrier roller conveyors.
The supply and assembly of all mechanical parts, cable pulling, on-machine assembly, panel manufacturing, PLC and HMI programming and commissioning were done by T3 on a turnkey basis.
